Refund Policy

1. No refund will be initiated once the application is purchased.
2. As this is a Research organization, no refunds will be made once the money is deposited in our account. (In case of double payments, exceptional cases amount may be refunded after due verification).
3. When the user makes a double payment by mistake, the refund can be considered only on bringing it to the notice by mail within 7 days of making such payment. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the request will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
4. Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) after the due verification.
5. If due to any reason our organization decides to refund the transactions, the amount will be returned, duly excluding the processing fee/Service tax/Service charge involved while making such payments.
6. To file a refund request, you will need to email us at crisaccounts@gmail.com and copy marked to the tvssearchi2017@gmail.com.
7. While making the payment, Bank commission plus service tax would be charged, in addition to the fee amount.
