Refund Policy
- No refund will be initiated once the application is purchased.
- As this is a Research organization, no refunds will be made once the money is deposited in our account. (In case of double payments, exceptional cases amount may be refunded after due verification).
- When the user makes a double payment by mistake, the refund can be considered only on bringing it to the notice by mail within 7 days of making such payment. Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the request will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
- Refund of the duplicate payment made by the user will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) after the due verification.
- If due to any reason our organization decides to refund the transactions, the amount will be returned, duly excluding the processing fee/Service tax/Service charge involved while making such payments.
- To file a refund request, you will need to email us at crisaccounts@gmail.com and copy marked to the tvssearchi2017@gmail.com.
- While making the payment, Bank commission plus service tax would be charged, in addition to the fee amount.
