a. பூப்படையாப் பெண்களோடு புணரயெத்தனித்தல், கைமுஷ்டி, விந்துவைத் தடுத்தல், ஆகிய பல காரணங்களை முன்னிட்டு, ஆண் குறியின் தோலானது மேலுக்கு ஏறிச் சுருங்கி வீங்கிக் கீழுக்கிறங்காமல் வேதனையை உண்டு பண்ணுதல்.

b. Retraction and construction of the prepuce behind the glans penis. In this the integument of the prepuce is abnormally and forcible turned back by various causes such as, coition under excitement with a girl (not matured) or masturbation or a blow on the penis or voluntary retention of the flow of semen or foreible opening of the prepuce – Paraphymosis.
