அக்கிரமப் பிரதே வடக்கம்

a. அகாலப் பிரதே வடக்கம் - பாம்பு முதலிய விஷப் பிராணிகளினால் கடியுண்டு, சில சமயங்களில் உயிரடங்கிச் சவத்தைப்போல் கிடக்கும் நோயாளியை, இறந்து விட்டதாகத் தப்பெண்ணங் கொண்டு, தவறுதலாகப் புதைத்தல். இது காரணம் பற்றியே, மேற்கண்ட சவத்தை 90 நாழிகை வரைக்கும் புதைக்கக் கூடாதென்று சத்தியாரூடம், சத்தாரூடம், நாகாரூடம் முதலிய சில தமிழ் நூற்கள் கூறுகின்றன.

Therefore, it is clearly laid down in some of the Tamil treatises on poisons, that such patients should not be buried till 36 hours are elapsed, during which time, consciousness may be restored, if the patient is properly treated.
