a. சாதாரணமாய்ச் சாப்பாட்டினுல் உபயோகிக்கும் ஒர்வகைப் பத்தியக் கீரை, கீரையை மட்டும் பறிப்பதால் இதற்கு இப்பெயர், இது, வாதம், கபம், சீதளம், முதலியவைகளைப் போக்கும்.
