a. பிரண்டைத் தூள், சதுரக் கள்ளிப் பட்டை, உப்பு, முதலான சரக்குகளைச் சேர்த்துப் பொடி செய்து, மேனோக்கும் வாய்வு, காமாலை முதலிய நோய்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கும் ஓர் சூரணம்.

b. A powder made of adamant creeper, bark of square spurge, common salt etc. and prescribed for dyspeptic complaints, or gastric troubles, jaundice etc.
