- a. அத்திப்பதினி – அத்தி மரத்தின் வேரினின்று வடியும் நீர். இதற்கு அத்திக்கள் அல்லது அத்திவேர்த் தண்ணீர் என்றும் பெயர். இது உடம்பிற்குக் குளிர்ச்சியையுண்டாக்கி வெட்டைச் சூடு, கண்ணெரிச்சல் முதலியவைகளைப் போக்கும். இதைச் சாதாரணமாய்க் கலையங்களிற் பிடித்துச் சேகரிப்பதுண்டு. வைத்தியர்கள் இதைக் கற்பமெனக் கருதுவார்கள்.
