- a. கொடிவேலிச் சூரணம். இதைக் கர்ப்பிணிகளுக்குக் கொடுத்தால் கருவைக் கரைக்கும் என்பதாகக் கருதப்படும். கட்டிகளுக்கும் மேக விரணங்களுக்கும் உபயோகப்படும்.

b. A medicinal powder consisting of the following ingredients along with Lead wort, viz, asafoetida, Arabian costus, Bishop’s weed, gall-nut and long-pepper. It is used in indigestion, loss of appetite and other gastric disorders etc.
