மேற்கண்ட 12 இதழ்களில், சாமுண்டி, விராடி, துர்க்கை முதலிய பன்னிருவரையும் இறுத்தி, அதற்குள் பீசாட்சரம் முதலிய எழுத்துகளையும் அடைத்து அவ்வீட்டிற்குரிய உருத்திரன், உருத்திரா தேவி இவர்கள் இதில் வீற்றிருப்பதாகப் பாவித்து வழக்கப்படி பூசா விதிகளை அனுசரித்து வரின், சில நாளைக்குள் ‘சிகாரப்’ பிரகாசத்தை காணுவதோடு அநேக சித்திகளையும் அடையலாம். உலகத்தில் பார்க்க முடியாதவைகளையும் பார்க்கலாம். ஆகாயமனம் செய்யலாம்.
b. One of the six nerve-centers in the human body. It is situated in the region of the heart above the abdominal region. It is triangular in shape possessing 12 petals and is 10 inches above the ‘Mani-pooragam’ (in the navel region) and 5 inches below the cervic region (விசுத்தி). In the 12 petals should be located the 12 goddesses namely – Chamundi, Viratti, Durga etc. with the essential sacred syllables appropriate to them.
This center is attributed to Rudra and His consort who should be contemplated upon here in the usual manner, and by doing so, an adept can see clairvoyantly objects of the visible and the invisible Universe. All knowledge concerning the past, the present and the future can be acquired by him. He will be able to move about in the regions and travel to any part of the world by the exercise of his volition.
Note: It corresponds to the Cardiac centre. When the mind reaches this centre, then comes the first awakening of the soul. The man sees a kind of Divine light everywhere and markers ejaculations of awe and wonder. At this stage the mind never stoops to the low worldly things – (Sircar).
