a. சாதாரணமாய், அரையில் வரும் ஓர் வகைக் கட்டி.
b. An ordinary bubo in the groins. Perhaps from the irritation of a sore on the food, the leg or the scrotum or from eczema or cancer of the external genitals.
NOTE: (Literally the term means (அரை + ஆப்பு = waist + Wedge). Such bubos may also arise in the агmpit.
