a. உடம்பின் உள்ளுறுப்புகளிற் காணும் கழலையைப் போன்ற கட்டி. இது உடம்பினுட்புறத்தில் புற்று மாதிரி காணப்படும். இது சாதாரணமாய் மூத்திரப்பை, ஈரல், தாமரைக்காய், மண்ணீரல், மலப்பை முதலிய இடங்களில் காணும். உள்ளே புறப்படும் குன்மக் கட்டி அல்லது சாதாரணக் கழலைக் கட்டியை வித்திரதிக் கட்டியெனத் தவறுதலாகக் கொள்ளப்படாது. இக்கட்டிகள் புறப்படும் உறுப்புகளின் ஸ்தானங்களுக்குத் தக்கவாறு குணங்கள் ஏற்பட்டுக் குறிகளையும் காட்டி வைக்கும்.
