அசாத்திய சுரம்

சப்த தாதுக்களில் பிரவேசித்து நெடு நாளாக நீங்காமல் சந்நிபாத சுரலட்சணத்தை யடைந்த சுரமும், காலை, மாலை அனைத்தும் அடிக்கும் சுரமும், உடம்பின் பலத்தைக் குறைத்துச் சதையையும் கரையச் செய்து கோழையைத்தள்ளும் சுரமும், பித்தப் பையை வீங்கச் செய்யும் சுரமும், ஆகிய தீராத சுரங்கள் - Fevers of the following type, considered incurable-
i. Chronic or long-continued fever resulting in typhoid.
ii. Fever occurring both in the morning and in the evening continued for a long period.
iii. Fever attended with weakness and emaciation and other symptoms of consumption.
iv. Fever followed by enlargement of the spleen and the stomach.
